I don't like all the rules there should not be stipulations with gifts or limits on winning

I don't like the fact that I am not able to use my "free spins for life" every day like I was told I would. It would be cooler if there were more free promo incentives for being a consistent customer.

I recently started playing and at signup I auto filled my last name to be my nick name on accident.. is there a way I can correct my last name ..??

Payouts for free spins not defined or quick, and take a few days to even receive bitcoin. Customer service not at all up to standards Im Used to from higher quality casinos. I’ve been told one thing and then another by next chat rep. THEY DONT HONOR PREV REP’S PROMISES OR CARE! Be cautious about depositing here. !

So I'm a new player at Loko and they have great games lots of variety but the thing that lured me was the quick payouts I know it's only been a few days but it would be really nice to get my winnings I can't even continue playing until this transaction is complete . Well I can't use any free spins or coupons I don't think they would deny a deposit, but I'm not comfortable making another deposit unless I know they are going to actually payout , to many scams out here you know fingers crossed there's no issue and all is well. I'll update . Update..... Well I did get "approved" for my winnings however that was at 330am and it's 8pm now and still no payment when I spoke with live chat he said 7 days for approval and 7 for deposit to my account why can't businesses stand on what they advertise, it's frustrating.

you will be sent emails that are misleading, and you will be super frustrated, with how slow the withdrawal time really is. but other than those things, Yay!

I like this casino except for the only one free tournament between deposits.

At first it was an awesome rtg casino site with low min deposit, winning games, great customer service, loyalty bonus after every deposit, daily rewards Cashback, and extremely fast withdrawal times in 24hrs!! (I did Bitcoin) But out of no where that all changed. Customer service took a plunge, I would have to start a new chat 3 or 4 times in a row until I got someone who knew what they were talking about. I would get different answers to my requests/questions with each support agent, with the SAME request/question!! They became very nasty and short, even to go as far as to call me a liar, or just randomly close the chat mid conversation. No where in the terms and conditions does it say if you have a pending withdrawal you can't receive your free daily spins for making a deposit, but out of no where that became a rule. Which wouldn't be such a big deal if they're withdrawal time was consistent again. At first is was 24hrs or less. For both me and my husband. But the longer we played on the site that has since changed. It says on the withdrawal page when using Coindraw that is will be about 24hr, with exceptions to some cases that would be no longer than 72hr. But somehow it took 2 weeks for one of mine!! And I wasn't able to get any of my free spins, non of my loyalty bonus, and until I got the right agent to help, I wasn't able to receive my cashback either. It was ridiculous. Most of their customer support specialist are just completely rude and lazy. There are a few exceptions and I make sure to leave amazing reviews for them after each interaction. The games seem to payout pretty well and for the most part it's my main casino site. But because of the customer service and the constly changed of the "rules" but never updating the terms and conditions that way people are aware, I give it 3 stars.
