If I could give ZERO stars I would. At first I was excited to play on Crypto Loko. I signed up with 100 free spins and won $112 off of the free spins. The play through was $4200 and I surpassed that and they deducted the $4100 and left me with $100 which was fine with me. I ended up turning the $100 into $1400. Now mind you… I didn’t know anything about crypto so I had to study all night on how crypto wallets work and how to buy and send etc. I still haven’t been to sleep at the time of this writing because I dedicate the whole night to learning crypto. So I submitted documents and got verified on the website so I thought I was ready to request a withdrawal. I ran into a minor issue at first because I never made a deposit with them and it’s my first time on this site. I paid the $10 in LTC then I was able to submit the withdrawal. Some hours go by and I get back on the site and see that it was denied bc of document verification. I contact support and the said they have to “Manually Verify” them. So I send them everything and they approve it. So here is the issue…. When I was working my way up to $1400 I kept completing these missions so I thought that while I’m waiting on the pending withdrawal again which ended up getting approved the 2nd go around. I start to see that the missions I was completing they give you free bonus chips so I redeemed one. At the time of me redeeming the free chips the $1400 that I withdrew was pending before ultimately getting approved. After a few minutes of approval I get a notification from my crypto wallet saying that I had received a LTC deposit. I was actually excited and proud of myself for teaching myself something that I knew nothing about. But then something told me to double check that deposit. 😒 they sent me my $11 LTC deposit back and not my $1400. I contacted customer service and the agent was rude as hell! She literally lied and said that I “mixed funds” when I never did. Then she said that I redeemed back to back bonus chips when the site doesn’t even let you do that. A prompt literally popped up and it said that I’m not able to redeem free chips without a deposit. And in my transactions it shows when I tried to redeem the free chips before I even won the $1400 and it said DENIED REDEMPTION. I wasn’t able to redeem the $30 chip until after I won and they told me that I had to deposit at least $10 LTC before depositing. So I’m showing her the transaction list and she still was lying through her teeth. She ignored me 3 different times when I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and was quickly trying to end the chat. And what’s crazy is that I read all the reviews on this site while I was waiting on my withdrawal. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but no. Every single person who spoke on this casino in a negative light was 1000000% on point. I grew so frustrated… I have never been taken advantage of and lied to so bad like that in MY LIFE until today. Excuse my French but it felt like I was getting Btched… I guess they needed the $1400 more than I did. I can’t believe they just took my money that I won fair. I feel like I spent my whole night learning crypto for nothing. I just want my money back. Like why would you send me $11 back but keep the rest. Y’all should have just kept that too. First of all they claim to have 5 stars here when they actually have 3 and completely ignore the question when confronted. Secondly their bonuses come with 35x rollover which is fine but also have a $50-100 max cash out which is them double dipping. Finally they claim fast withdrawals when they are slower than 95% of online casinos & say “withdrawals are based on an algorithm in which THEY don’t even know how it works! Play somewhere else!

Requested a withdrawal with Bitcoin and the casino said it will take up to ten days to pay. Meanwhile they claim instant cashout. I reached out to customer support numerous times and each agent had a different excuse to why it will take that long. They’re just hoping that the winnings get played back so they prolong payment. I do not recommend spending your money here.

This site doesn't pay out winnings and will come up with anything to try and not pay. I won first place in a tournament and can't get my winnings because I used my daily freespins I got from depositing. And the point system is trash. You get points from playing games you pay for to get free chips but it's technically not a free chip because you are paying for the games to get the points so it's not free at all. Most site would just stop you from getting to far but you can win all day here they'll just keep the money

Total SCAM! won't let me withdrawl my winnings through bitcoin. Says I need to make a $10 deposit usin litcoin? Then just spoke to an agent on live chat a little bit ago and says my withdrawl would be denied since I didn't make a $30 deposit now. This place is WHACK! Please don't waste your time or money on this casino! Anything you see with 5 STARS on rating is probably actually from them who works for crypto loko lol
