It's pretty bad when someone pays in to play your games and you make them play 30 times over in order to collect at the end but when somebody hits a jackpot and you only pay out not even 100 of what they hit after they paid to play your game and played the 30 times over and then they only get $200 and you take away the rest of their winnings very disappointed in your casino

Total Scam! Do not give this site any of your money! All these reviews are correct and the good ones they leave themselves! If you want to play for fun yeah use the $105 chip and enjoy but it you actually win money, they won’t pay you! DONT USE YOUR OWN MONEY!! they wait a couple days then revoke your casino access! I got the $105 free chip and after the play through was left with just over $200. I initiated the withdrawal over a day ago and now when I login to my account it states “oops something bad happened” and I can’t access the site. Im not sure if I am being scammed for my withdrawal but regardless I am irritated. Update - they responded to my review asking for more information which I provided, we will see if they follow up or not, I will update again. Update: they wrote me an email saying they cancelled my account for reasons they will not disclose, this is a scam site you should not use!!!!!

I used the $105 bonus. Played it an went to cash out with balance of $2300. Was told only could redeem $105. That was fine. After verification I was then requested proof of address. I gave proof of address by email they had requested from. It's been 6 days still no redeem an to make this even better when I try to login to the site, I get the message "something bad has happened" an the site won't work!?. This happens even when trying different phones. I tried to email them about the issue an they do not respond back. I'm blessed I did not give this company my money. Very disappointed with the outcome especially with this being at Christmas time.

NEWEST UPDATE: As you can see below, Crypto Loko posted a response to this review requesting more information to be submitted through TrustPilot. They claimed to want to take a look at my player account to “see if there is anything they can do”. This was over a week ago and I’ve received absolutely no correspondence from them since. It’s going to be incredibly difficult for them to find an excuse not to pay me since I fully abided by their T&C’s. It’s been over 24 hours and now I’m unable to log into the casino website… even after deleting cookies and clearing cache. I also have not received a response to the emails I sent them. I’ve read here that it can take a few days to receive funds despite them advertising instant withdrawals. So I will give it a few days before updating this review and letting you guys know if I got scammed or not.

I would give a 0 if it would let me. I signed up and recieved the free 105 bonus. I played making it through the play through with a balance of just shy of 800 dollars. They took almost all of it leaving me the 105. That seems a little backwards if you ask me. That's like at a casino They give you a 10 credit, you win 100 and they keep 90 and give you 10.... They should be taking the principle amount not the profit. Needless to say I will not be using this site again and honestly hope nobody else does either....as to their response to this it's bull. Same as everyone else...sign-up bonus used..105 cash out by bit coin attempted...refused payout saying winnings were from MULTIPLE free chips used...I had never played there before that day or used any other bonus other than sign up.Yet they had the balls to suggest that I deposit and play again.SCAM SITE
