I don't like that I get free bonus and I can't use them till I make deposit when in the email says no deposit needed

I cashed out 200$ and they claim it's no good because of mixed founds.. ya founds. That's their customer services spelling. I had 125$ withdrawable. And tried to win more before I withdrew it. So they cancelled. It. Took my winnings after their playthrough. ... That all happened. The customer service agent send it was because I mixed founds. I don't know what a found is. But I think she met funds. So I added money to my account with a no wager bonus. While I already had 125$ withdrawable. So adding money they say I forfeited not only my previous winnings but the money I deposited and the winnings all gone. Because I added more money. You think there would be a stop that prevented me from depositing while having a loaded account. But no... I will raise my review however since I did successfully withdraw 400$ before this fiasco. My only wish is I withdrew my 125$ and then deposited more and got they asses. But they did pay. Just not the second time 3 stars

After several attempts to get my withdrawal and hearing several different reasons wouldn’t be paid I grit to d er y c were just out ti talk my money. A loophole voided $1900 winnings and they sent me a chip to use then declined it.,while I’m. If happy with the rules and ways they get my miner they did come through and pay my winnings. They've got a lot of slots and the ones I like. I was doing good went to cashout but it isn't giving me a withdrawal method. So I emailed support because it wasn't given me the live chat bubble or the option. I got an automated message response saying because of volume it could take 72 hours to get a response. It's been 11 days I still haven't heard back I've emailed 4times now. I've cleared my cache tried a different device but nothing works. I've gotten a payout with them before with no problems it was quick. I don't know why I'm having problems or why they don't respond but I want my money. If the fix the issue respond to me and pay me my winnings I will give a better review but as for now 3 stars is being very generous. When I first started playing my withdraws took no more then 24 hours. Last time I won it took 7 days. And they charged me to send me my withdrawal. If it's under $100 it's suppose to be free but nope they still took a couple bucks. They're customer service are rude and unhelpful.
