So I wrote one review about being denied payment along with my verification deposit back. Since then I talked to customer service who then told me to try again and that it would be approved for my winnings and my verification deposit. I WAS APPROVED FOR MY WINNINGS BUT DENIED VERIFICATION DEPOSIT. I was then told that I could not withdraw my deposit and then I would have to play it in their casino. Due to the fact it's under minimum withdrawal amounts I cannot request another withdrawal unless I send them more. 😂 customer service is all over the place with excuses saying I only requested my winnings. Little did they know I keep screenshots of everything proving that I didn't and the person the day before told me I would be able to. 🤔 No more excuses or bent interpretations of rules to deny withdrawals. PAY UP. IT STATED I WOULD RECEIVED THAT DEPOSIT BACK NO MATTER WHAT THE OUTCOME OF MY WITHDRAWAL. What request???

Final edit: the payment did come through after 7 days. From what I can gather I have won enough over what I have lost to them that I no longer get my free spins for depositing or get to use any other bonuses. Only clean deposits.
