I only give the one star because there isn't any lower rating to give. Anyway, I was playing on a no deposit bonus and my playthrough requirements had been met. I got it up to a little over 100 bucks and went to withdraw 91 dollars. This was after I had sent 10 dollars in bitcoin to verify whatever it is they said they had to verify. So, I send 10 bucks in bitcoin and after I get the go ahead, I withdraw 91 bucks. I waited and waited and waited until finally, DING... My coinbase account has received a deposit. I check it and it had been deposited with 11 dollars. Not 91 as requested. So, I get in touch (via text, apparently they can't afford a telephone) with customer support and they proceed to tell me that I will not be receiving my money because I played a game that wasn't allowed. This sent me over the proverbial edge because the games you cant play while using a bonus are all locked if you try to play them before you have played your required rollover. Having fulfilled my rollover obligation, I was able to withdraw up to 100 dollars as per their terms and conditions. I was well over 100 bucks and just for kicks I wanted to check out the three card poker table before i made my withdrawal. Remember, this game is locked when you are still under obligation to fulfill your rollover. It wasn't locked now and I played a few hands and left after a few minutes with about the same amount of cash I started with and withdrew 91 dollars and had to go thru that shady verification thingy i mentioned earlier. Hopefully, i didn’t deposit. They sent me tens of emails with free games bonus without deposit. Today I took it and I played and I won. My balance went until 450 $. But at certain moment they took 384 dollars. I can see the label of the transaction : coupon reversal, withdrawal approved. So when you are unable to accept the game rules, why you offer me a bonus ?
