Greetings Ryan, there are a total of 8 accounts that match more than one criteria related to you as an individual. Name, IP address, date of birth, etc, none of which have ever deposited and all have redeemed and played one or more free welcome chips. In the vast majority of circumstances this is a case of players attempting to "beat the system" so unless there is a win resulting from a cash deposit involved we err on the side of caution. Since there was more than one account that had a match of 3 points or more and according to the terms of the casino the funds were not eligible for withdrawal the account was simply deactivated. Greetings Bryan, we had a look and can see the transaction was completed recently. Whenever possible we would highly suggest using our Coindraw proprietary automated payout method as it generally results in much faster payouts. This particular transaction was requested as standard Bitcoin which needs to be approved and disbursed manually and can take significantly longer. All that aside, sorry for the wait!
