cruises.comReviews of cruises.com

Zero stars if it was possible. Worst experience of all time. They put me through a week of hell only to book me on the wrong BOAT, wrong DATES and the wrong PORT. Luckily I didn’t lose all my money, but I did let my kids down. Also took off work for what’s now going to be nothing. STAY AWAY

I booked ocean view balcony w/guarantee (in writing) on Symphony of the Seas for 2/11/2023 . On my four time contact I was assure - guarantee !!! today they are assign me Boardwalk cabin ??? Can i sue them for fraud ?

I booked a cruise 10 days in advance of sailing through Cruises.com. Three days later my Dr. told me not to go because of being in a high risk category for Covid. I called my Cruise.com Agent and cancelled immediately. She said she would call the cruise line for either a refund or credit for a future cruise. She promised to get back to me with results. I never heard back from her and have left messages twice daily for past six days. I called the cruise line directly and found out that it was solely up to Cruises.com to refund or give a credit & that the request for either had to come from Cruises.com. I again left a message for Cruises.com agent with is information and have never heard back. I would NEVER use Cruises.com again and would recommend STAYING AWAY from them as well!

Cost and service poor to very bad.

Called to cancel New Holland Cruise after booking thru Cruise.com. Cruise.com wants almost $250 then they told me NewHolland wants $999. Good deal ha? Just booked 2 days ago total was $1480..

Royal Caribbean is nothing but problems. We have had to call over issues many times before even going on the cruise. We are always on the phone for over an hour and about 50% of the time we get "disconnected." We were sent an invoice that shows a zero balance and then five months before the cruise, 5 months after the booking we were sent a new invoice saying we owe $1000. If we do not pay the cruise is canceled without a refund, and we would lose $6000. We have always booked through Carnival and will only book through Carnival in the future. When I told them that, they basically said they didn't care, I was only one person.

I'll never book with u again .booked a cruise with you and gave 500. Deposit and had to cancel for health reasons 6mos in advance and you refused to refund me . I guess you need money more than me

I went through the online booking of a cruise on the cruises.com website. After going through the process of everything I decided I wanted to go back a page and add something to our package. I immediately got an email with a confirmation for a cruise. I didn't mean for that to happen so I called the company immediately and told them that. I was hoping I could reconfirm the cruise with the changes. Cruises.com did not let me. They said it was final but said they'd cancel it and charged me $100 cancel fee and $24.95 processing fee. They didn't cancel with the cruises lines!!! I then got an email from my credit card company stating they charged me $500 deposit to the cruise line, $124.99 for them. This is highway robbery. My credit card company got the $500 refunded but Cruises.com kept their money. NEVER will I EVER use those people again. In less than 15 minutes I was out $124.99!!!!!! BEWARE! UPDATE: I disputed the charges and got the $500 cruise deposit back. Cruises.com still kept the $124.99. AVOID!
