cruises.comReviews of cruises.com

Cruises.com has excellent associates who work tirelessly to get you the best rate and when being loyal you receive rewards in the form of on board credit to spend on the cruise you booked. We have been using cruises.com for many many of our cruise bookings.

We have booked with cruises.com for our last vacation, and the one coming up. We feel really comfortable with Eric Compton our agent, even though we spoke to two other highly skilled agents. Cruises works hard to get you the best fare, but Eric seems to work that much harder to explain things to us. We enjoyed having a bit of fun during the booking process, which makes this transaction, although an expense, seem enjoyable. We are looking forward to future bookings with Eric and Cruises.com

William explained the cruise options very well. Made it easy to book. He did a great job.

It was just easy to get all four of us booked for our cruise! No problems so far!

Got just what I wanted. Doc was a great customer service guy.

The agent, vivian, was helpful and patient as I try to make sense of a lot of information at one time since this was the first time I was signing up for this particular cruise line.

Julie provided me with a smooth booking process and answered all of my questions. This will be my first cruise.

Cruises.com are the best! They always have the best prices and have add-ons at no cost. Every time I cruise I call them! Last cruise was in Alaska and next cruise is in the Southern Caribbean. Julie Winsjansen is an excellent travel agent and always a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend cruises.com and Julie W!!
