It was very easy on my part I called David helped me and it was done!!!! I had tried to do it online for 2 days but it kept saying that I had to talk to someone the Norwegian website was all messed up it took David about 30 min to do the same thing as I tried but he did get through!

I dealt with Amy when I called to cancel an upcoming cruise. She was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. She explained the whole process including what fees I was responsible for that wouldn't be refunded, etc. Since I had a future cruise credit tied into the booking, along with the fact I intended to take a cruise in the future, she was able to assist me in re-booking a cruise for 2023.
