First time booking a cruise. I called the number and spoke with an agent who was wonderful. However, I feel like we completed in 1 really long phone call that which I probably should have asked to be sent to me in writing so I knew what I was agreeing to prior to paying the deposit. There’s a lot of fine print that she disclosed but I could only absorb so much before becoming overwhelmed and probably agreed to things that I didn’t fully understand. Still happy with the experience with the agent though!

Toni was great about answering my questions and guidance on booking my cruise. The only complaint I have is the confusion on the on-board credit and bonuses offered. He told me up to $1500 and when I redeemed my offer it was reduced to $75 credit. The response I received was the taxes and fees were deducted. I paid for those fees and taxes so how would that be deducted from a bonus? This is our first cruise and looked forward to have a decent bonus to use. I probably would have booked directly with Royal Caribbean had I known the bonus was minimal.

My travel agent India McKnight was amazing. She went above and beyond helping answering any questions or concerns especially since this will be my first cruise. I didn't like that she signed me up for insurance protection without asking me. I also didn't like that it shows that for other cruise line that all I would need is standard and she signed me up for standard and premium one. Other than that I'm very satisfied

My agent Miranda Estes is great but cruises.coms accounting department is much to be desired I got an email saying my visa payment didn’t go through I called NCL and they told me it was paid I told Mrs Estep and she checked on it and took care of it

Overall the process of booking a cruise through you guys has been surprisingly pleasant , We do most of our booking online and do not require a lot of changes or request any special needs But I will say once I called on a previous cruise in regards to pre paying our gratuities. And whoever the guy was - was extremely unpleasant and seemed liked he didn’t want to help me resolve this issue . But overall Cruises have been pretty decent to deal with Robert Becker

Kind, responsive ans knowledgeable agents. Lots of deals to explore, full maps, advice for neophyte cruisers like me.

You shouldn’t advertise you are going to give a gift card or money to be spent on board the ship for up to $1500.00 and then when you check out you get $75.00 for two people. That is pretty misleading

Monday, Sept 26, 2022 So far we do not have any cruise experience with Royal Caribbean. We wll comment on our cruise experience after completion. However, we can comment on the booking, etc. 1. Fantasy Pfanenstiel Travel Professional 1-800-288-6006 Ext. 55301 was very professional, patient, courteous and responsive to our desires. 2. We need dinner reservation on 5 p.m., yet to be complete. 3. No cabin asignment yet. We request mid ship cabin and higher than 6 deck. Thank you and looking forward to see you your level mgmt & on board service.
