cruises.comReviews of cruises.com

The website is easy to use and when necessary, calling is always a nice experience because they are super nice and helpful.

Worked with Taylor. She was very knowledgeable with all the options and answers to all my questions and concerns. Booking didn't take long.

Was able to book exactly what I needed and the online information was always correct. Their support, both before and after purchase was really good and knowledgeable

Working with Yolanda was great. She took her time and explained everything as we are first timers. She was very patient and answered all our questions by having extensive knowledge on cruises.

Tiffany was knowledgeable, helpful, and explained that she would submit requests for a code that wasn't being taken in the reservation.

Robin Schafer at Cruises.com is now our go to person when we want to book a cruise. He is very pleasant and thorough and has surpassed our expectations each time. We often compare *many* cruises and he happily helps us with that, whereas agents with a different website often got grumpy during our past booking attempts.

Kiki was very helpful in setting up a cruise for some first time cruisers with budget and scheduling limitations. She was very friendly and professional and got it all set up.

Sara was extremely helpful and helped me book my trip. Period
