They delete, already confirmed booking, without any notice or explanation. Refuses to answer mails and to try to clear out the mess they create. The only response to mail is rude ones like "don't send any more mails". Keep away!

Well I've been a member of first cruise voucher and then cruisemiles for many years now.I have been able to book and cruise 4 times at first with some glitches but with great value.They(agents)have used my pass revue a positive one as a selling tool for what are now worthless miles and I have had a revue here on trustpilot in the past!!! Now we are muzzled,on site anyway,as the rest of the internet is burning with negative but trustworthy revues.We were cancelled for our sept 28th 2013 carnival breeze without any excuse given and to this day have not had a reply as to why and the 2184 excuses given from illegaly auctioning celebrity/az/rccl cruises don't cover this one but the next one it will I guess!! I have another cruise which is suppose to be paid for by my visa which I can't have a reply by celebrity where my money went and am short another 1396$ that I believe did not go for upgrades as promised.An investigation is pending for that charge. Also all members have had an email from an email address from richard that was suppose to be a problem and unreliable but I guess today it worked fine.In this email it states clearly that he is depending on selling miles today to pay for cruises that were bought and paid for in good faith 12-16 months back and if those buying miles today want to have a slim chance to cruise,income for miles in 12-16 months in the future will have to be used!!! That is called a PONZI SCHEME!!! So I guess all the money for miles,cruise booked and upgrades paid directly to the cruiseline was all lies.Richard had not reserved and paid for the cruises he was selling,So what were we buying???? NOTHING!!! I'm am very disappointed for all cruisemiles members.I've been a fan but now i'm a proponent of doing the right thing.This starts by stopping stealing from others.I cannot stop living waiting for promises that will never arrive,and as the new terms and conditions are so out of this world and unreasonable we would have to be able to have each our own private jet to make it to the cruise port,in the odd chance we were one of the lucky few!!!We have been fed many,many lies,the light at the end of the tunnel as stated this morning by Richard for me is getting back to real life.I've had enough of his empty words and promises!!! 4 deleted cruises and lost of thousands of $$$!

We have managed to get a couple of cruise with this company but they are displaying serious signs of failure. We were roll called for a cruise we booked in 2011 in early 2013, this should have meant our guarantee of the cruise. NO we booked all travel only to be told theccruise was cancelled. it cost us over 3000 to put us on the cruise with another agency. Now we have been cancelled for a cruise due to sail in nov 13 which we paid for with miles. effectively the company has taken my money cancelled my cruise and given no explanation yet continue to auction miles and offer cruises. Do not be drawn by cheap cruises got somewhere with good reputation as this company has definatley lost its reputation I have definately lost thousands of dollars

Have just seen the cruise we were leaving to join next week has been deleted from my account. I have been desperately trying to get information on the status of this cruise which had been confirmed and roll checked for weeks after the other five cruises we had booked, one b2b with this one and four for 2014 were all deleted also - CANCELLED. Add this to another cancelled in April this year and the situation is more than grim. I wrote a positive 5 star review for this company last year - little did I know how quickly things could or would change. I so wanted CM to survive and have been so disillusioned by the total lack of customer response these past months. I would have preferred to post this on Cruisemiles forum but unfortunately while I can see my account I seem to be blocked from the forum!!!
