After an arduous morning of attempting to make reservations through the app and utilizing Google to locate Cruisebound’s service number, I encountered a series of incorrect numbers when calling the company. Fortunately, an agent from a different company attempted to deceive me. However, I eventually resolved the issue by consulting my booking reservation via the Cruisebound app to obtain their service number. To my delight, I was assigned an agent who was exceptionally informative, courteous, and patient. She diligently listened to all my concerns, especially since this was my first cruise. Elizabeth’s kindness and thoroughness in addressing my inquiries were truly commendable. Prior to speaking with Elizabeth, my mind was preoccupied with various matters. Nevertheless, after conversing with her and reassuring me that my reservations remained unchanged and in order, she effectively alleviated my anxiety. Elizabeth demonstrated remarkable patience and took her time to provide information, even delving into subjects that required considerable effort. She also shared valuable tips for navigating the cruise. I am deeply grateful for her guidance and assistance throughout the process.
