So far I really like this broker
So far I really like this broker! Every time I have had a question, I chat with support and they get back to me very quickly with a helpful answer. Depositing money is super easy and there are many convenient options! Their site updates transactions and trades very quickly. And I love the option to copy automatically across my different accounts! Overall very satisfied!

Wow, thank you for such a thoughtful review, Kara! You touched on so much of what we work hard at — responsive support, easy deposits, and real-time updates — but hearing you love the automatic copy across your accounts especially made our day. Deposit Bonus
Only broker that has a 400% deposit bonus and I can honestly say it has been a game changer gives me more room and capital to trade. I started with $465 and after two weeks I’m at 4k and that’s all because of the deposit bonus!!!

Love this, Woodmichelle! 🙌 That's exactly what the 400% deposit bonus is there for — more room and capital to trade your way. Congrats on the momentum, and thank you for being part of Crucial Markets! — The Crucial Markets Team

I went in with hopes of the copy…
I went in with hopes of the copy trading but with over 32 trades we lost half of them. It is really what I was expecting. I’m pulling out for now because in a few days I’m expected to owe $250 for the 1 time membership fee and another $180 per month I believe to access the copy trade platform. I’m Not really confident enough in it to do that at the juncture.
Response from Crucial MarketsJun 28, 2026
Hi MJ — thanks for the feedback, and I'd love to clear two things up. First, the $250 one-time and $180/month fees aren't Crucial Markets charges. Crucial is a free trading platform — we never charge to open an account, to fund, or to copy a trader. Those membership fees belong to the third-party copy group you joined through, not to us. That's an important distinction and I'm sorry if it wasn't made clear to you. Second, on the trades — I had our team look at your account, and the good news is you're actually in profit. Yes, some individual copy trades closed red, but the winners more than covered them and your balance is currently above what you deposited. Copy trading naturally mixes wins and losses; what matters is the net, and yours is positive. If you'd like, reach out to our support team and we'll walk you through your account numbers in detail. We'd genuinely like to help you feel confident about where you stand. Crucial Markets
