Been with this broker for 6 months now
Been with this broker for 6 months now. Customer service is ALWAYS responsive and accommodating. I’ve never really had an issue with the exception of the server going down during the day for about an hour. But that was not on the Crucial Markets platform but the server provider. That being said they worked quickly to get things back running. I’ve been with other platforms and they were down for a day if not more. They even had to move people onto other platforms and you couldn’t access your funds. Never an issue with Crucial markets. The spreads are tight and trading smooth.

They have always been so accommodating…
They have always been so accommodating with my questions I had trouble moving my money and issues with my trading account. Dan was brilliant in supporting me. Great 😊

A GAME CHANGER 🔥
Crucial markets has made it EXTREMELY easy to access funds and makes every transaction smooth. They also have great educational platforms and investments that you can put your money into for it to compound. Truly a game changer in this business. 1000/10 would recommend! You won’t be disappointed.

BEST BROKER !!
Crucials platform is absolutely amazing. From the moment you login, you can see the simplicity of the user interface. Not to mention the transparency behind all their products, offering bonus accounts for new people to get started, the lowest spreads of any broker I’ve seen, and the best part..FAST withdrawals. 10/10 broker
