Crua OutdoorsReviews of cruaoutdoors.com

I ordered the $25 special tent stakes with 20% and free shipping. I sponsored your latest KS project and these will work great.

We love this so much; we just ordered our second one yesterday. It is very comfortable and the mosquito net is fantastic! We love all the features. We use ours mostly hammock style.

One of the nicest companies I have ever dealt with. Communication and customer service are second to none both by email and phone, seriously high standard of customer care and attention to detail from me the customer. I can't overemphasise it enough. I purchased one of there backpacking range of tents - the CRUA HYBRID and all of my questions and queries have been met and surpassed. A full no quibble money back guarantees if I'm not satisfied...wow that's unheard of nowadays, too many companies just want to make a quick buck and get you out of the door but these guys go to town on the customer service and in doing so are strengthening there position on the camping scene. I will be buying my next family tent from them as the quality is the formula 1 of the outdoor scene, the Harrods of camping and glamping and basically they sell and makesome serious well made gear.

Customer service was awesome. Owner responded back to my questions in less than half hour after sending email. Just ordered the new Cruz Tri tent and should receive in 7 days. I'll right another review after I receive the tent and camp in it. Great website.

Awesome support!

Like many of us, I was looking for a sleep system that would give me options while I was outdoors. This is exactly what the Crua hybrid provides. After setting it up in its tent form, along with the self inflating mattress and sleeping bag, I am impressed. It's rather straightforward in assembly, the fabric is tough, and the seems are well done. The design is well thought out for practical and durable use. I have never seen a self inflating pad before so to me this thing is really cool. It rolls up a lot smaller than the conventional pad I had been using, and will be much easier to pack around. I was a little bit leary of the sleeping bag, but this thing is no joke. It seriously is one of the nicest bag I have seen. Very well made and nicely insulated. I have yet to set it up in its hammock form and this is where I would appreciate some printed instructions on setup and how to fold all of it back up. Crua has a top notch product here, well done Crua, well done.

Hands down the highest quality tent on the market! Last year, I blew through two (expensive) tents , and after testing out my new Crua... I know that I will not have this problem again. The tent performed exactly how it was advertised. It was incredibly warm during the night when temps dropped below 30 degrees, and it managed to provide a cool, shady space during the heat of the afternoon. Also...I loved being able to actually sleep in with the insulated blackout design! These guys are the greatest and their service was impeccable. 5 Stars All Day!
