My local dealer changed their in stock status every day. Since my vacation is i a few days i started to worry and contacted Crua by mail. After one hour i called them but no answer. Then this happened: Derek called me back in a few seconds and said he have a missed call from me. I explained the situation and he asked when my vacation started. He then gave me a very honest and sollution oriented reply. I have now placed my order directly from their web page. I have also got an answear to my previous mail confirming that i have contact with Derek on the phone. Teamwork!
