I've never been camping before
I've never been camping before. The Crua people answered all my questions quickly and helped me decide on a Duo/Cocoon. Ordering was easy. Delivery was fast. I set up the tent myself in 15-20 min my first try. The tent fit my 72" sleeping pad with room for a small table, my backpack and more. Very solid quality. Very happy with my choice. Good people!

Continue to impress
Continue to impress. With world class customer service, Dylan is fantastic at responding to emails, text, and phone calls. And also takes care of the problem if ones comes up. One such small issue was the order of storm stakes, I had placed an order of storm stakes with the purchase of my Crua Tri. Only the tent arrived, I’m sure it was a minor over sight, I email Dylan and explained what had happened, He responded within an hour, and apploigized for it, then he made sure they were on the way, and informed me by email, then emailed me again with the shipping number of the order, I had ordered 2 sets of the storm stakes, they arrived today, ( just a few days after I had emailed) When I opened the box, there were these beautiful lightweight storm steaks. 3 SETS , 3 ONE MORE THAN I PAID FOR. I can’t say enough, Thank you Dylan 👍👍👍👍👍

Wow Crua! I'm so impressed!
This company rocks! I've never had a better customer service experience, I mean never!! This was more like talking to a buddy or a close friend. I had a issue with my set up. I hadn't ever purchased anything from crua before. I was very nervous about their warranty just because companies anymore ,make you jump through hoops to get any info or to get the process started. I was contacted imimedialty by a real person on the phone! Not over email/text and it was not a call center!! Overall experience 100% positive. I have the whole mk2 system and it is phenomenal. I've never slept that flat ,warm and comfortably.(I'm a side sleeper i use it as a hammock btw) overall gear quality of bag, pad, tarp bug netting is superior. I drive for a specific rideshare company. I will recommend Crua to any and everyone who shares my passion for the outdoors. Thanks a bunch guys!
