Considered purchasing a Crua system for quite sometime. Eventually telephoned and spoke with a very knowledgeable and helpful man on the whole Crua product range. Chris Barrett’s expertise was only surpassed by his enthusiasm for the product. Before the end of the call my mind to purchase was made up, thanks to Chris. Immediately ordered a Crua duo Maxx system and it was delivered very promptly and in perfect condition. My son and I camped out this last weekend and it was fantastic. Both of us agreed it was the best sleep we had had whilst camping. The cocoon provided warmth, quiet and of course DARKNESS, it was truly excellent. To sum up, not only are we pleased with the top quality product we bought but also cannot fault the service provided by Crua and especially the tremendous service given by Chris Barrett. I've ordered the Crua Modus from Kickstarter in December 2019. It arrived later than the initial expected date (due to pandemic probably) and I had some special requirements for shipping. The customer service was very friendly and helpful and I am impressed by the quality of materials in the tent. Overall, I would definitely recommend this for a compact, efficient camping system.

I've had my Core and Duo combination for a couple of years, and was quite impressed with the design and the quality of the product. This was until I found myself camping in the UK last weekend. The weather turned unseasonably bad for August. We experienced 50mph winds and torrential rain for three days solid. Houses were damaged and properties were flooded during the storms. My Crua? Well, we were bone dry and warm inside. A couple of guy-lines snapped, but everything else survived beautifully. My opinion of the tent? I wouldn't want to have stayed in anything else!

I just finished my 5th camping trip with the Tri. The more I use this tent, the more I love it. High-quality great design.

I just got my new Crua Cocoon Maxx which I only ordered last week. I am delighted with it. The quality of the product is very good and so easy to set up. I haven't had the opportunity to sleep in it yet but it seems extremely comfortable and warm inside.. like a giant sleeping bag tent. I will come back with a full review once I get it out in the open air next week. Crua customer service have been a pleasure to deal with and I would have no problem recommending this product to anyone that is looking for extra comfort and insulation on those colder camping nights.

Eric Spangler, Best tent ever and I'm an old time camper and Boy Scout leader. I have a luxury RV with every amenity known to mankind. We take the tent on trips for added outdoor space when the weather is not on the same page we are. We have a big 40' plus awning but the enclosed space is great in wet situations. I use it to show the scouts besides the bendable aluminum poles and the exploding fiberglass rods there is a much better alternative. This tent is easy, strong and pretty much indestructible. LOVE this tent would highly recommend it to anyone. Remember you can buy 2-3 less expensive tents with rods and poles that have lots of wear and tear or buy this tent and just pump it up. Our tent is over 2 years old, it was one of the first to arrive and it's still like the day we got it. "Perfect" Buy this and have no regets and enjoy camping.

Though I had a small order from Crua, it came in great shape and just as I was expecting. The customer service is great and very helpful in making suggestions and planning for my next order of more outdoor camping equipment. I believe Crua products are quality products. Although I do not yet own one of their tents, I have seen them, looked them over and been in one and absolutely love them!. They really have something for everyone; from singles to families. I had an issue with my Koala Hammock . I sent some photos to the costumer service, and within a few hours they let me know to replace the hammock. Which they very quickly did. I give 5 well earned stars to Crua for their excellent after sales service. Now I can hand again in my favorite hammock in my garden.
