I ordered an item for about $350. It took too long to arrive as I needed the item for an upcoming trip (ordered 10/5 and still wasn’t shipped by 10/14). An email was sent to cancel this order and refund the $350. I was told it would take 3-5 business days to receive the refund. It is now 10/27 and I still haven’t gotten a refund. It really seems they are hoping I didn’t notice and are wanting to keep the $350 without shipping any product at all. I hope this isn’t the case, because their products seem really neat, but they are in jeopardy of losing my business forever.

Do not order anything from here. I bought white stand because they have it on the photos. The stand came. 75% of the nails and screwS were missing and the stand were black. They said only ” we have wrong photo on the site” thats all. I ordered white and got black.. they are not refunding me nothing!! Outrageous.. do not order

Initial package was lost by UPS. Claim filed. Weeks later was told they were looking in to it. A week later they agreed to reship the order. Sent tracking #. Another week later it had yet to ship. Long story short, 2 months later the items arrived. Not acceptable.

If you are reading these comments and trying to decide to back a CRUA project or buy their products. I would highly advise against it. DON'T DO IT. My experience has been horrible. In my 25 years as a consumer I have never experienced customer service this terrible. No response to emails multiple times, no response to phone calls and inability to satisfy reasonable customer requests are just some of the brutal experiences I've had in trying to receive my product. Over a month since they cleared customs and still no product. If UPS can't find them then guess what THEY ARE LOST - SEND ME NEW ONES. Things get lost, I get it. Don't ignore your customer! We pay your bills!! You are nothing without us!!! So with no solution to my missing product I am now forced to go out and spend more money on a tent for my family vacation. Thanks for nothing @Derek and the incompetent team at Crua. I'll be sure to let everyone in future know the quality of your company and it's service.
