I booked a flight and then they called and told me there were no seats available. According to them I had to purchase a seat at 2-3 times the price I already paid or fly next month. No refund even though they sold a seat that didn't exist. Scammers

You customer service name Rebeca refused to give me her last name she supposed to be your supervisor, she hang up on me, and Sara Rojas was the first one I spoke to they both refused to cancel my reservation, I booked a flight this morning then i was sent an email to call customer service because they place my a hold on my reservation Sara gave me a long list of restrictions that scared me from flying, them she try to charge me more money then she treat me that I won be able to fly with no airline no more if I don't pay the extra $900 tha she was asking me to pay, this was my first time using this website and it be the last, I am pretty sure this is a scam. 1 star is too much.

NO!!! NO!!! NO!!! This is an absolute joke!!!! We bought a ticket the cost was $662.00. They called us back and said the seat was no longer available. However they could upgrade for $2,000 more dollars.. yes $200. They also offered a different day for $1500 more. We asked to cancel and a refund. They refused. Our bank is filling a discrepancy however these could take weeks maybe months. (If we even get it back) We are out $662, no ticket. Should have read the reviews before we used them.

Horrible service, to bad we didn't read their reviews before purchasing the tickets, first we didn't receive the email tickets confirmation instead a email asking to call them, from there on.. was a nightmare, the solution they give us, one of us had to fly in a different flight and the flight dates was no warranty, plus they don't give no 24 hours to cancel. They deal as scammers, please everyone stay away from them!!!

They charged me for my planned day and said after they recived money they said its promotional ticket and they changed things completely saying you have to go on other day and that day is ambiguous it can be any day randomly and when i told them to cancel the whole thing they said its non cancelable ticket and suggested me different ticket with much higher price than i can find on original website and said me to immediately made my decision as i cancel it now and they cut 90$ or forget money as whole.

If I could do a negative it would me -5 stars. They charged me 170.00 for a flight there and back. Then called me and tried charging me another 250.00 for the same flight. Then wouldnt cancel my booking Nd went ahead and charged my card the extra 250.00 dont book with these scam artists Bad service this business needs shut down.

Big scam crown fare company selling mi flyng ticket not even exist trash mafia

This company is a scam. I booked a flight and received confirmation email with how much I paid today. After that, I received emails regarding my ticket that it has a problem. I called the customer service and they transferred me to a lady who was well trained to scam people. She said that the ticket is not available unless I upgrade by paying $400 more or change the dates. I said I have to work and cannot change the dates and asked for cancellation and refund. But I was told that I can cancel, but I can't get a refund. It's non-refundable even though they are changing the dates and prices. Don't use this company! It is a scam.
