Crowne Travels LLCReviews of crownetravels.com

Asalamu Aleikum brother Mahad Although we postponed our umra trip for February, but I appreciated your positive attitude and the willingness to help me for that umra trip. You were above and beyond. Looking forward to connecting to you in the near future inshaa Allah to facilitate us the umra trip. Thank you!

I recently embarked on my first Umrah journey with my children through Crowne Travels. I am deeply grateful to Brother Ibrahim for his unwavering support throughout the entire experience. From meticulous itinerary planning to excellent accommodations, transportation, and timely communication, Crowne Travels surpassed expectations in every aspect. Brother Ibrahim's attention to detail allowed me to focus on the spiritual journey without concerns about logistics."

Ibrahim helped us craft our Umra package with highest level of professionalism and utmost diligence. He is very punctual and prompt in response. I would recommend him 100% alhamdullilah.

Mahad provided outstanding Umrah services for all of us. He meticulously crafted the Umrah package, ensuring a seamless check-in process at our hotels and facilitating smooth communication with vendors. I highly recommend Crown Travels and urge everyone to book their Umrah or Hajj package through Mahad.

We would highly recommend brother Affan. He was always available to answer our questions. All the arrangements were top notch. We would use his services again InshaAllah.

I recently had the pleasure of using Crowne Travels services for my first Umrah (with family and young kids). I appreciate the efforts and amazing customer support of Brother Affan who is looking after my entire E2E trip with local travel logistics. They looked after well in the below areas. 1. Itinerary Planning: 2. Accommodations 3. Transportation (Airport, Sight seeing, Mecca-Medina) 4. Communication over the phone and text making sure we are getting ground support when needed. Like flight update at the time of booking, prefeered route...etc 5. Value for Money. With Crown travels you ll have bit more organized and able to focus on the spiritual journey rather than logistics. I also want to appreciate local ground travel agents who are always proactive and always available to listen to the customer needs. They are professional and also friendly in terms of support to be flexible as per your schedule. Great job Brother AFFAN and also Saudi local travel agent ABU MUJAHID who looked after cabs and sight seeing.

I highly recommend Ibrahim as an agent. He provided a great service and was very responsive.

I really wanted to thank brother Ibrahim, he was very helpful, jazakallah khair.
