Very reliable

Hamza Ahmed Khan was great and very helpful. All promises were kept and the travel was seamless and smooth. JZK for your help. I will refer other people to you as well.

It was truly a great experience and that is thanks to Crown Travels for taking care of everything for me and making the entire process seamless, smooth and easy and being there every step of the way and always checking in on me ensuring all my needs are always taken care of. Thank you for everything. I truly appreciate it and may Allah reward you for helping me make this journey so easy and help you make many more.

Went for umrah during the start of Ramadan. Did 5 nights in Medina and 5 days in Mecca. My experience was very amazing alhamdulillah, very blessed to be chosen to complete umrah this year. We stayed at a 5 star hotel in Medina and a 4 star hotel in Mecca which to me should really be 5 stars. Both hotels had free suhoor which was delicious. We had 3 different tour hours in Mecca that took us places to explore and we always took a car as transportation everywhere we went. Hamza was the person who was helping me in crowns travels and he always replies to me . My only issue was when I arrived at the Medina hotel the hotel staff were giving me a hard time to check in but that’s the hotel fault .

Very trusted service providing honest and reliable visa processing service. Brother Abid hussain has been a pillar of support throughout my visa application providing excellent communication and advice. I eventually got my umrah visa approved, Alhamdulillah. Highly recommend this travel company, and ask to be routed to Abid if possible.

Every thing was great Makka and Medina specially the Medina hotel and restaurant people . I never forget what they did for me thank you so much.Abid he is very professional , fast and patient for everything excellent customer service . Thank you again.

Alhamdulillah, I can't recommend this company enough! This was my first time performing umrah and this company made it an enjoyable experience. Brother Hamza, who was our point of contact, was exceptional and amazing. He helped us every step of the way, from planning the trip, flights, visas, pricing ,even when we were in Makkah and Madinah, he was easy to get a hold of and was extremely responsive. There was definitely times where I would ask the same thing over and over again (I tend to worry a lot) but brother Hamza was extremely patient, kind, and worked to alleviate my concerns. Every aspect of the trip was clearly explained, transportation was well coordinated and always on time. If Allah swt grants us the tawfeeq to go another time, we would definitely want to work with Brother Hamza again! May Allah swt accept their efforts and be pleased with them for facilitating this sacred journey for others.

Alhumdulillah we are home and I wanted to say how perfect the arrangements were. Hamza was very thorough, responsive and took such good care of us. I will recommend him and crown travels to family and friends and definitely use them again ourselves.
