!!!!! Don’t book with them.!!!!!My sister and I booked an Umrah trip through this agency and prepaid for flights, hotels, and the full package. However, just one day before our departure, we received a call telling us we would need to pay for the hotel out of pocket even though we had already paid for it in full. Because we were committed to going during Ramadan to perform Umrah, we felt pressured and ended up paying nearly $3,000 again for the hotel. In the end, the agency only covered the flights, despite what we originally paid for. After returning, we contacted them to request a refund for the hotel costs we had already prepaid. They refused and instead told us we could only use that money toward a future booking with them, which is completely unreasonable. This experience has been extremely frustrating and stressful. We are now considering legal action. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking with this agency, as our experience involved unexpected charges, lack of accountability, and poor customer service.

My hotel reservations were canceled without warning or a clear explanation, leaving me stranded and scrambling at the last minute. Despite this being entirely their responsibility, they refused to issue a refund or offer any meaningful resolution. To make matters worse, $16,000 was taken from me, and I am currently working with a lawyer to recover my money. This situation has gone far beyond poor service—it’s been financially and emotionally draining. Their customer service is unacceptable. I reached out multiple times and was either ignored or given repetitive, vague responses with no accountability. There was zero urgency, zero professionalism, and no effort to fix the damage they caused.

We had very bad experience with these people it started good until they lured us into buying the package with them. We trusted them blindly thinking it would be good peaceful experience with my family. But the troubles started once we paid for everything and got to Mecca and Medina. They said they booked us in luxury hotel which paid for but the rooms were not up par as described. Every day the cleaning people came asking us we are being checked out so we go front desk to ask what is going on and they would say your travel agency (crown travel) only booked for one or two nights. It was horrible experience, if you are from Bangladesh please avoid them - I believe they are playing preferential treatment, that’s how I felt. The transportation arrangements from Mecca to Medina was so unorganized we paid extra for bigger car and they gave something totally something else. Anyway I thought we are going for peace of mind but we ended up getting hellish experience. May Allah forgive us all…. Money should not be the motive here, give us the experience we paid for and not cut corners.

These People are Scammer stay away from Crowne Travel, they dont provide service as promise and take your money for Hajj and Umrah package after getting money they dont response nor they will give you refund, My family friend has a worse experience and she is not getting her Deposit Refund since May 2025....

The worst travel agency to deal with I book umrah for my son in February I paid them ahead six weeks when it’s got close to travel date like two or three days before they told me that the vendor has canceled the hotel reservation so I told them to change to different dates they told me I have to pay extra 2400 dollars I refuse pay extra money so my son missed the flight which was there fault i told them to refund me my money it’s took them six weeks to refund my money and they charged me $700 for missing the flight which was totally there fault my son was ready and packed up ready to go but they want to get more money from us I been going to umrah for the past 18 years I dealt with lots of agencies no one had done that to me what they did they are total scam stay away from them

Stay away from this agency. I left several reviews and will write reviews every week now. my family and I had a terrible experience, they promised a hotel with a view and within a 2-minute walk and we paid for a luxury 5-star trip with guides and all-inclusive but got 2-star hotels and a 20-minute walk. the tours were all drive-through and only for 2 hours. they never told me that and charged me extra after 2 hours. they booked our train tickets at 9 am instead of 9 pm. I had to purchase 4 train tickets at 9 pm from a different train station had to take a taxi with 5 pieces of luggage and travel to Medina, exhausted from a very long trip from Denver my wife and two sons were ready to pass out from exhaustion. I sent all the communication and copies of my documents to the crown agency with a certified mail signature required, to the address established on their website, and asked for a refund, they sent my package back. They promised English-speaking guides so my sons could understand the rituals, but NO one spoke English. They promise everything they deliver NONE

Do not use this travel agency! They are scamming people out of their money. We paid extra for the luxury package which included hotels close to the Haram both in Mecca and Madina both of which were paid for and booked 7 months in advance. Both hotels were initially promised to us and then last minute got cancelled and changed to much cheaper hotels further from the Haram. We did not even know which hotel we were going to because they would not provide a confirmation number until hours prior to our arrival in Mecca and actually never knew where we were headed to in Madina at all. The driver, which barely spoke English, had an address in Madina for a random hotel that was provided to him and not to us, the actual customer. They do not respond to calls or messages and they seem to not even care once they receive their funds. We paid for my mother to travel with us, her tourist visa was not issued and they asked us to pay extra for an umrah visa, nearly $400, and that too was not issued. Unfortunately we paid for her entire trip, flights, hotel, etc and did not receive any refunds or credits and she was unable to travel with us. Overall, horrible and deeply disappointing experience with this group of scammers. Please do not use this service, I will make sure my entire community here in the USA is aware of this scam, they promise one thing and fail to deliver!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Crowne Travels during my recent Umrah trip. Despite their promise to provide us with a guide, they informed us at the last minute when we were getting ready for our flight to Makkah that no guide would be provided because it’s out of their budget. This lack of support left us unprepared and caused unnecessary stress and financial loss during a trip that should have been a smooth and spiritual experience. To make things worse, when Turkish airline changed our flight schedule, Crowne Travels failed to notify us and weren’t taking the accountability. As a result, we were caught off guard and had to cover the additional costs ourselves which was $268, not only that, but we had to pay for our hotel and transport because there was no flight until the next day. When we explained the whole issue to one of their employees, brother Ibrahim, he said, “I’ve your updated flight details in front of me (which we were not aware of)”. Additionally he said, the person who you were dealing with (Crowne Travels employee), brother Abdullah, gave you the wrong flight details. After hearing this, we asked brother Ibrahim to cover our ticket cost since it’s their mistake, he said you go ahead and get the next flight and send me the receipt, I’ll refund you. It’s been more than a week now, brother Ibrahim has been ignoring our calls continuously and we haven’t received our refund yet. Crowne Travels employees keep giving us illogical reasons for brother Ibrahim not being available and the delay in our refund. This lack of communication and responsibility is unacceptable, especially for a service meant to assist their customers with such an important journey. I trusted Crowne Travels to handle the logistics professionally, but they failed on multiple fronts. I cannot recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable service, especially for something as significant as Umrah.
