Fantastic experience I highly recommend brother Affan services to all family and friends, thank you .

Everything that was promised was delivered and my mother and I didn’t have to worry about anything brother Affan made sure we get everything on the package and all the overseas employees went above and beyond to fulfill their duties.

We just used Crowne travels and agent who I used is Mr, Ibrahim Farooq. One off our best experience yet. From planning air tickets and getting visa’s and hotel reservations every thing was very carefully arranged. There was no delays due to communication during this trip. Representatives in Macca and madinah very available and willing to work with you 24/7. Overall very happy.

I contacted with Sameer for umrah and I must say he was really helpful for us. He guided us in each and every step with full details and prices also very reasonable. I must say if you are going first time for Umrah please contact with Sameer in Crown travel group .

I recently worked with Ismail from Crown Travels, and I can’t recommend him highly enough! He provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure every detail of my trip was perfect. ismail’s valuable advice helped me make informed decisions, and his responsiveness made the planning process a breeze. If you’re looking for a dedicated travel agent, Ismail is the one to choose!

We just came back from Umrah trip. It was such a great experience. Everything hotels, transportation, guidance, attention to detail.... it was simply fabulous. KUDOS to the management .. whatever you guys are doing to motivate the team, keep doing it ... its really working.

I really want to Thank brother Affan and brother Aadil for their great service. This was our first time going for Umrah and it was only me and my mom. As we were just 2 ladies, we were little worried to be by ourselves. But brother Affan and crown travel team was amazing, they supported and guided us throughout the entire journey. They kept us updated about the visa processing and booking information and also kept checking on us when we were in Saudi. I specially thank brother Affan, he almost checked everyday like a brother figure to make sure if we need any help. Brother Aadil was our guide and he made the journey more spiritual and guided us with great care; he enlightened us with the significance of the places we visited and guided us in out 1st Umrah. They kept their promise and gave us great service. Hotels in both locations were 5 star and transportation services was also very good. The we arrived, our flight was an hour delayed and luggage took another hour, the driver waited 2 hours for us and kept us assured that he is waiting for us on Gate 5. Also, at the day of departure from Saudi transportation was on time tailored to our flight schedule and made sure we have enough time for fight. Thorough out the experience was amazing. I just want to request one thing that crown travel should improve. When we visit RAWDA at Madina, it should be guided by the group. That way everyone will be able to visit the RAWDA and people who are not very tech savvy won’t miss out. One of our group members wasn’t able to visit as they couldn’t figure out the app and booked an earlier date than our arrival. As this is once a year chance, masjid did not allow them to visit at all. Please try to arrange that as a group, then no one will miss-out and it will make the experience complete..

Crowne travel made my recent Umrah experience extremely smooth and comfortable. They were very prompt and helpful with any questions and always gave the best customer service. I cannot recommend enough!
