Account balance wiped, just vanished with no explanation. I've got two pending withdrawls for Paypal but I'm pretty sure they're not coming. Possibly a scam, sent a message, lets see anything happens. Edit: after using their messaging system a couple of days ago I've had most of the missing balance restored to my account, no written response from them though and I'm still waiting on those pending payouts. Edit 2: Payouts received, though it did take slightly longer than they said - 10 business days for a first payment, which is 2 full weeks, it took them 2 and a half. I'm quite pleased with the service now with the bugs addressed and payouts working. Edit 3: following my intial payment taking two and half weeks, my following payment only took a couple of days, I won't change the star rating because the site does have a few issues but I'm even more pleased now.

I was owed £30 in Amazon vouchers that I have earned from doing their surveys. I emailed them to ask why I have not received them and now my Account is showing £0 and my profile is showing 0% UPDATE 9 Nov 2022 Sent an email as requested 1st Nov and have not got a reply! UPDATE 15 Nov 2022 My account has been sorted now with the help of Caroline and I have been credited with the money owed to me. Many thanks Caroline. As such I have also updated my initial review score from 1 star to 4 stars

once the right person was there it was solved very fast

Pay is ok and there is a sufficient amount of surveys. Payout so far has been within the stated timeframe.

I started doing these reviews a couple of weeks ago and although it say you get paid in 2-4 business days my firsts payment did take an extra few day but I did email them and they did email me back explaining this, I’ve now had 2 payments. Yes it’s not life changing but I enjoy doing them and get paid a little too

I love this site. In comparison to some other survey sites I've had zero problems dealing with Crowdology since I started. If you do the work you get paid in 2 days or less. Minimum payout is also pretty low and they don't waste your time with low paying lengthy surveys. The time invested is worth the reward. My only reason for not leaving 5 stars is the most they pay out at once is 12.50 but thats no big deal. Absolutely no complaints from me! Thanks Crowdology.

One of the best survey sites ive joined. Signed up with them not too long ago and had 2 payouts already totaling nearly £10 via paypal. Would be excellent if i got as many surveys as i did when i first joined but i guess thats down to demographic screenings that i dont meet the criteria for (still get a few surveys though). Can definitely trust this site.
