Jon C.
Absolute jokers
I had been using Crowdology for around 3 months and barring some fairly slow release of payouts, without much issue. This changed last week. I had requested a payout of around £5 at the start of August which after 3 weeks hadn't been processed. In that timeframe I actually requested another as I continued to complete the surveys. I raised a ticket which went unanswered for a week and sent an email. Eventually I got a reply at the start of last week to say that the person replying had spoken to the payments team and the money had been released for paypout. This was a lie. Anyway, I had continued doing surveys and requested a third payout shortly after this. At this point, I had requested 3 payouts, none of which had been completed at their end. On Friday, I was unable to log into my account. I contacted them by email and got a reply within minutes to saying the following - I have checked your account today and unfortunately your account has been flagged by the 3rd party quality team at CINT. CINT are the survey platform used by Crowdology. Crowdology do not have the ability to override the decision from CINT and therefore you may also experience similar issues with other panel/research sites you have registered with. I replied straight away saying this was wrong, to then get a reply saying I needed to take tis up directly with CINT. I did so, and received a pathetic response similar to the above. In short, like a number of others over the last week, I have been blocked from the site and have no way of getting the money that I earned. I was lied to when told my original payout request had been released and when I challenged them over this, there was no response to this. It is interesting that a number of people suddenly seemed to have been blocked at the same time, presumably all losing out on money owed to them. If people want to continue completing surveys with these cowboys, it is probably good to ensure you cashout immediately as soon as able to do so and don't complete any more surveys with them until your payout has been made, otherwise you run the risk of the above. I wouldn't even give this company one star but I hope the above is helpful to anyone thinking of using them. Don't. Update - Issue has been resolved and I would like to thank Caroline for her time in sorting this out.

Hi Jon, I can confirm your account is now fully active again, and the two failed PayPal payments have also been credited back into your account. All the best Caroline
