Absolute Con don’t bother, they won’t Pay up, who then banned me for making a complaint about it. They lied in the response and claimed I was abusive I have emails to prove I was not and they abused me!!

Update on previous review finally got back in but my last payment failed but has not been paid back into my account

Worst company for surveys..never pay you on time..I'm still waiting for payment from 3 weeks ago.. Update they have flagged my comment..even though its the same email I use for them Confused by the review you say pmsl..you took 3 weeks to pay me!!!!!

Had payments rejected and then when querying what had happened to my payments received the same message as a lot of people. 'I have checked your account today and unfortunately your account has been flagged by the 3rd party quality team at CINT. CINT are the survey platform used by Crowdology. Crowdology do not have the ability to override the decision from CINT and therefore you may also experience similar issues with other panel/research sites you have registered with.' Have also emailed 'Caroline' as I saw her contact details on trustpilot but have not had a response in over a month. This company is dreadful and you won't get your money, I should know as they owe me roughly £15. I've even sent them screenshots of the account but no response

In April 2023 used earned tokens for an Amazon voucher. I did not receive the voucher in my inbox or Spam box (which is checked regularly). On submission they say it will take a couple of weeks to receive the voucher, and I realise now I should have set a reminder to chase this up. My first contact with customer services was 22 August. Several emails later I was sent the link, on 9 October, and it was expired. I was advised to contact Cint, going through the whole palaver again, and then passed on once again to Virtual Incentives. The final email was on 24 October, telling me the link had been sent in April (strange how it didn't arrive, given that all their other emails and survey invites do), that the link only lasts for 90 days, and that they won't create a new link. It all feels very shady. I'm walking away, and advising others to steer clear too.

I requested my £40 worth of Amazon vouchers over a month ago and haven't received them. Have written twice to Crowdology asking to either receive the vouchers or have the money paid into my PayPal. No vouchers. No payment. No reply.

I had been using them for a couple of years. Had quite a few payouts. You get screened out a lot, but I understand that the surveyors are looking for certain people. But a couple of months ago I had requested 2 payouts, totalling around £9. I never got them. I used their contact form to find out why with no response. Not long after I logged in to my account and found that my profile was a mess. I thought they were fixing my profile to get my payout. But then, I couldn't log in to my account at all. I found a contact email address from a reviewer article, who has the same problem as me. They said they were banned and didn't know why. So I emailed them and after a few days for a reply, asking to use their contact form. I replied to the email saying I've had no response from that and this email was the only response I've had and that I would prefer to deal with them via email. I've had no response since. After reading reviews on here, I saw someone recommend QMEE. I have given it a go and have made more money in such a short time compared to crowdology. They even pay, if it's a higher value survey and you get screened out. It's a fraction of the total survey value. But being given something for your time is appreciated. My recommendation is to avoid crowdology. I think my account was banned for no reason.

updated nov 2023: they did reinstate my account. but now in nov somehow my account was deleted. somehow (not by me) it was marked as spam according to their records which they say automatically deletes your account. they suggested i can sign up again and they would reinstate the money id earned £7.20. so i signed up again, but im locked out, despite the right details being used. they now suggested i contacted cint to get them to reinstate things. iv only just done that so i dont know if and when i will get a reply. but this is all very annoying. iv been with them many years without an issue now 2 months in a row big issues. im not the first to say these issues. and i doubt i will be the last. sept 2023 iv been with them for a while, im loyal, and very honest. they dont reply to any messages ive sent. suddenly after racking up jus over £25 in my account iv suddenly lost it all and been locked out. no more invites. no warning, no explanation, nothing. no reply to my email. i feel very conned. i saw on here a reply and emailed the person who replies. no answer as of yet but its not been long. i want my money im owed. i see this is a regular occurrence now as of this year (going by recent reviews on here) i work hard on these surveys, im honest, i rely on the money i earn from them to help pay for my care (im terminally ill) i dont need the stress this is causing. its not fair to do this to people.
