Crowdology gave a November Bonus for all completed surveys earning more than £5 & sent email to advise date of payment. In the event of non payment by stated date asked to advise Crowdology. No payment received by due date so emailed & Caroline sorted payment so promptly bearing in mind there must have been a lot of failed payments.

I recently had an issue with a payment. I contacted support and received a rapid response and solution.

My issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Caroline was very quick with her responses and made me feel confident that she would sort things out for me.

I had problems logging in and sent them an email and within a few days one of their support team emailed me with a link to solving the problem. Great service, many thanks.

Edit 18/11/23. Bonus payment received, and all functioning well now so I’m happy to continue with Crowdology Edit 11/12/23. Things are improving. After sending multiple emails I started getting a response and am glad to say my re claiming the 2 failed payments went through successfully and I now have my money. Support team say the bonus payment from the scheme they ran in November has been requested so hopefully I’ll get that soon as well. Still having bit of an issue with malfunctioning surveys I completed not paying out on rewards and this is being looked into but I’m not too fussed with this as they’ve paid out most of the money I was owed and hopefully getting rest soon. I’m back to getting survey invites again and doing surveys. Took quite a while and no idea what went wrong but I’m pleased with progress and things seem to be working ok again now. Edit 8/12/23. So I’ve now started getting emails answering queries I’ve raised with the support team again which I hadn’t been getting. One saying they’ll raise my issues with the payment team and provide an update asap. Wasn’t holding out much hope as I had this over a week ago about the first missing payment. Logged onto my account and was surprised but happy to see the two failed payments have been credited back to my account I’ve reclaimed them and will update this once I either get the money or they fail again. Updated from 1 to 2 stars as some positive progress Edit - 6/12/23. So it’s now been a week since initial payment failed and after contacting them I was told it would be chased - no update at all despite several requests from me for update 2 days ago I had an email from Trustpilot saying Crowdology wanted to understand my experience better so asked for more info - was basically a bit I could add a contact number. Email said if I didn’t reply within 3 days my review could be taken off. I replied straight away but have had no communication from Crowdology at all after this. Also tried emailing Caroline who seems to respond to some of the reviews on here - surprise surprise no response from her either ! Don’t know what’s changed after 3 years of doing their surveys but they certainly don’t want to know me know, respond to any communication or pay me the money I’m owed Used to think this was a good company - did a few surveys and got a few extra £ but my opinion has now changed. Until last week or so all my payment requests via PayPal went through fine but I have now had 2 that have failed and I’m owed money for. Contacted them about first one and said they’d look into but nothing since and all emails I’ve sent asking for an update have been ignored. Second failed payment now occurred. I’ll also be owed extra £4 for a bonus thing they’ve just done in November where they claim they’ll pay extra £1 for every £5 earns in November. Way things are now I doubt I’ll get that either. What’s changed Crowdology ? At the moment can still log onto account and complete surveys although not sure it’s worth it if I’m not going to get any payout
