A genuine disappointment…
Started off with a month subscription to see if it actually worked, operate 2 existing business & starting a 3rd so thought I’d try something new. First 3 weeks it worked a treat, plenty of new followers and a reasonable amount of surface level interaction. Then over night, views dropped by x10 & new followers ground to halt. Contacted Crowd Ignite & got a speedy reply very politely telling me that the subscription is “limited” in effectiveness without additional paid add-ons & that paying for these services would be only way to regain the momentum I’d seen 2 days before. Right or wrong it felt very deliberate and calculated, that they didn’t even maintain the initial service for the duration of the subscription we’d paid for was extremely frustrating as is the fact that a service that we had great hope in, turned out to be a massive disappointment.
