UPDATE 3rd September Thank you for responding to my review, however I have been emailing that email address that you listed many times while I tried to sort this out. When the person I was emailing with wasn’t responding I also sent my emails to that address as well and have not heard back. I paid for the premium plan and in over 14 months did not reach the number of followers promoted/advertised for just 1 month alone. Followers we would get were either bots or accounts that had no posts of their own or only 2-6 photos of the same thing - they were not organic followers and certainly not accounts that would be interested in our social media. I was constantly having to email back and forth because nothing was happening and their extra add-ons were not working. These rarely ever worked and not worth the time trying to sort it out with the company. When I went to cancel the subscription I got in writing that there would be no further charges yet they still charged my credit card a couple hours later. After a couple days of back and forth trying to sort this out they just started ignoring me and I haven’t heard from them since. As good as stealing. So disappointing and I wish I had never used their platform.

Hi Rashelle, Thank you for the update, and we're sorry this experience left you feeling this way after so much back-and-forth. We understand the frustration of investing months into a service and feeling the results, and the support around them, fell short. Our records show a documented history of reported concerns around growth, engagement, and add-on performance, which our team addressed through troubleshooting, manual boosts, optimization guidance, and resolving technical issues like profile syncing. We also offered retention support, including a complimentary month and later a 50% discount, to help address your dissatisfaction. Regarding the charge after your cancellation request, your subscriptions were paused and later moved to permanent cancellation, now set to expire September 11, 2026. The charge you flagged reflected your current billing cycle rather than a new renewal, which our team clarified when you reached out, though we understand this wasn't clear at the time. You also asked for promotion to stop immediately, and we advised that this step is irreversible and could be processed upon your confirmation, but we didn't hear back after August 14. We're sorry this didn't meet your expectations, and want to be transparent that we followed through on the support and cancellation process as communicated. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you'd like to revisit anything further. Keep growing, Nicholas | Crowd Ignite
