Communicative and were helpful in guiding me through purchase process even though my order was small

Ordering online was easy and chat person was helpful with questions I had. And delivery was great, received it when expected.

Daniela was very helpful in getting my order process and answering my questions. The only issue I had was the Black Bullet Bracket topper, which said it supported 1/4" material but it did not, we ended up having to file down the opening to fit a 1/4" sign panel. Everything else looked and worked out great.

prompt shipping but was sent wrong color. It was not important this time so accepting it.

Daniela was absolutely amazing. I accidentally used the wrong card to pay for an order and she was very quick to reverse the payment and set up a new order for me to pay with the correct card. She was also very efficient and helpful when my order arrived with incorrect parts. She got a new order out to me in the same day.

The polish on the stanchions is nice.

Customer service was very helpful and quick to respond
