I can't get an answer on when my order is going to ship. It's been 2 weeks. I was in a chat with someone for 2.5 hours on Friday with no resolution. Order # 29718

Called for a quote and shipping time. All sounded good at first until the delivery date. Called the company back and they say they were barely shipping the day before expected delivery time to us, stating the delivery will not reach us until the following week. Which is way too late for the large event being held, and forcing us to utilize a rental company for equipment and completely shifting our plan. Massive inconvenience. Make sure you order with time with this company, we only purchased because we were told we would receive before our event, and clearly expressed that to the rep, and confirming with me they would deliver on time. That didn’t happen. Ask for reassurance.

We still have not received our order.

This place is a scam you can get similar products for half the price.

Missing parts

Products were supposed to be already delivered, but not even a shipment notifications has been received.

Ordered crowd control barriers when tapped on the picture and was sent crowd control gates. There was no picture of crowd control gates when I tapped on the screen to order and have been stuck with 8 barrier gates and no barriers.
