The rope is beautiful. We love it. The only thing is; polished brass at the rope ends and the polished brass of the small wall plates have different finishes color!

The Crowdcontrolcompany is extremely helpful to ensure that we got the right control device that is best suited for our needs. The reflective covering shows everyone the professionalism of our dept. I highly recommend this company and they will be my first choice when I update or add to the devices we already have. 5 stars.
