Buyer beware. 1 star rating. I told them all my info on the front end, even sent pictures of my small move. They are masters of extortion, as you are vulnerable once you sign. Expect a minimum of 40%+ markup and the company saying "you signed the contract" after no other options are available. They stated that the pick up and deliver were their people, not true, they use third party vendors that are not great either. Shady people. Not honest. Expect poor service once you sign! They charge for everything, going up stairs/elevators and also how far the apartment was from the elevator. Do not trust them. The guy from south Florida is super nice and acts like they are your freind. The drivers show up and are rude (to say it nicely) and all they want to do is figure out how they will charge you more. The origal estimate you need to review very closely regarding what items they are moving. They say it's per room but they charge per item.

​Do not trust Cross Country Movers. If Negative 100 Zero stars could be given that's what my family and I would guve. They utilize classic bait-and-switch pricing tactics. We received a reasonable initial quote, only to face significantly higher, mandatory charges on moving day. To make matters worse, the pricing kept shifting the moment we decided to cancel the service, and they completely refused to return our deposit—even though all items were properly documented on the Bill of Lading. ​The on-site crew was incredibly rude and unprofessional. On top of the terrible attitude, we were forced to either pack absolutely everything ourselves or pay an exorbitant amount extra just for boxes. Save yourself the nightmare and look elsewhere. This company should not be in business whatsoever!!!!

They will not stop sending me marketing emails. There's no unsubscribe link and they have ignored my multiple requests for them to remove me from their list. Do not reach out to this business or they will have your contact info and they will spam you with no way to stop it.
