They appear to sub contract as we paid Cross Country, Quick Movers, and Supreme Van Lines. Quick Movers loaded every thing telling us would be stored in Chicago and loaded on another truck. Our belongings were delivered by Supreme Van Lines. The final payment was required to be cash or Postal Money Order. The pick up crew (Quick Movers)did minor damage to the house. A screen was destroyed which made no sense. Supreme Van Lines made the delivery. They had a large amount of tape and cardboard, which they said was my trash. Next they wanted tip, they said they would take care of the waste. I did tip them. They left the trash behind. Dishonest dealing. Damage was done the this house also. Damage was done to furniture.

Buyer beware. 1 star rating. I told them all my info on the front end, even sent pictures of my small move. They are masters of extortion, as you are vulnerable once you sign. Expect a minimum of 40%+ markup and the company saying "you signed the contract" after no other options are available. They stated that the pick up and deliver were their people, not true, they use third party vendors that are not great either. Shady people. Not honest. Expect poor service once you sign! They charge for everything, going up stairs/elevators and also how far the apartment was from the elevator. Do not trust them. The guy from south Florida is super nice and acts like they are your freind. The drivers show up and are rude (to say it nicely) and all they want to do is figure out how they will charge you more. The origal estimate you need to review very closely regarding what items they are moving. They say it's per room but they charge per item.

They made is so easy! I've never shipped a vehicle across country. They walked me through every step of the way, great price. I just can't thank them enough for the help and care they gave me and my vehicle.

Excellent experience and I was kept informed. My daughter's car was well taken care off and arrived at it's destination at a very reasonable time. Would recommend their services to anyone!

Very satisfied with your services. The car was picked up in a timely manner, throughly photographed a delivered in perfect condition. The battery was dead and driver went out of his way to get it started and in the yard. Thank you for your outstanding, honest services.

I really appreciated their professionalism throughout the whole process.
