Easy to schedule, strong, skilled- you can tell, and most importantly the men got common sense, and do fast work.

I had this company ship 2 vehicles as well as my 1 bedroom apartment. Overall I am very satisfied with everything, which is why I gave them a 5 star review. Truck driver for my cars was a little less responsive then what my agent told me to expect but nonetheless my vehicles were delivered very on time and the driver was super responsive. My 1 bedroom apartment also arrived pretty timely. I had made sure to have them initially pickup my goods to account for a cross country drive, so I received my items at my final destination within 2-3 days of the targeted date. John Mendes was an absolute professional when speaking with me and responding to all my different questions. He was incredibly helpful and made me feel at ease once all my goods and my 2 vehicles left the starting destination. For the price, you definitely get everything taken care of and packed properly. I wish it was a bit more affordable, but the prices were very competitive with the market overall. I would recommend Cross Country Movers to anyone!

Booked these lads last min, was strugglin but I was able to get my act together and get a full service moved booked by Joseph. He had me professionally packed loaded and delivered without a hitch. These lads do a fine job with no fuss. Smooth ops and will use em again no doubt.

Just moved using Cross country movers and wanted to write this review before I forget. This was the first time I've ever moved to a new state with a full apartment of stuff. Being that back was against from Covid-19 I had to make some life changing decisions. The company that I had worked at for 8 years had to let so many people go and I was one of them. There was nowhere in my area that was willing to pay anywhere what I was close to making. So I could either take the financial hit and stay in the same area or relocate for the same amount I was making with room to grow. I'm sure you can already guess which option I chose based on me reviewing this business. Cross Country Movers made this exciting and scary life changing decision possible. The whole team was very nice. Pricing was competitive and the movers respected pandemic rules. Very happy I chose these guys.

Our estimate was created quickly but was very accurate. Over the phone, they were patient, nonjudgemental and answered all questions. Even repeated answers when needed. Procrastinated a bit and called last minute to book the move but they still handled it with no sweat. Pricing was reasonable and they were super easy to work with. All movers wore covid masks and respected regulations. Would 100% use them again in the future.

There were some challenges with where to put the truck for loading because of limitations of the building I was renting in. They quickly adapted and developed a good strategy. They parked the truck in an alley half a block away and carried everything that way. These guys worked so hard and moved quickly too. I have the utmost respect for them. We moved out of NYC and into a beautiful new apartment just outside of Boston. All thanks to these guys. All movers wore masks and gloves.
