The product I received was not the product advertised. Packaged the same but the sticks were labeled YOU BUY NASAL STICKS although I purchased from the site. I was charged $26.95 even though I sent screenshots of the product selling at $12.99 and $14.99 They offered a 5.99 refund. I continued to complain and then was offered an additional $2.50. I declined and they upped the extra return to $5.00. I should have just disputed the charge with my bank. This was a big mistake purchase and not a company I will ever do business with. Buyer beware!!!!

Do not order from this “company”. I see all these pacifying responses from them in these comments but if you email the “support” address the first reply is what they call a tracking number but there’s no info on it. I assume they made it up to put me off a little longer. I haven’t tecieved a reply from them since I asked about the tracking number. I can’t get product from them, I can’t get a refund from them. I can’t even get a response. Found them on FB and I’m about to blast all over FB, X and any other platform I can find what a bunch of thieves this outfit is.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. This place is a total scam. They overcharged me and have not responded to any emails I have sent. I’m reporting fraud to my credit card company unless they respond to my emails with a full refund today.

I have ordered from this company twice and BOTH times, they added $6.00 to the order AFTER the fact, I just happened to catch it on my bank statement, the first time they acted apologetic and refunded the money, said it was a computer error (yea ok) second time, they offered $2.00, I requested the full amount and now their responses have stopped.

They overcharged me. No attempt at shipping has been made. Attempts to contact are ignored. UPDATE: The item finally arrived. Supposedly shipped from Italy according to a shipping co that is known to not be reliable. It was not the BOOM brand as advertised. Much cheaper quality. Better off going to walmart .

Achtung SCAM Billigste Qualität! Ware hat ramsch Niveau. Hat mehrere Shops die alle Fake Bewertungen haben. Rücksendung lohnt nicht weil nach China und muss versichert erfolgen. Kostet 50 Euro+ Finger weg.

Stay away from this company. They are thieves. California has the highest taxes in the country and somehow this company charged over 6 bucks for a 19.99 order. I asked them to cancel the order and they refused. Stay away from them. If my order was placed in California it would've been 2 bucks tax but somehow these thieves are changing 6 bucks. The products are cheap Chinese made products. A company that refuses to cancel a order isn't looking to have you as a return customer they are looking for that one sale.

Order #13840S180703 A young family member incorrectly ordered nasal spray on my phone. That same day I requested item to be cancelled and another 4 times after that. One reply email advised "Could you please trust your first choice and our products? Before make the final decision, please wait patiently to receive your order and check if you will like it. If you still don't want the product after you check it, please do not hesitate to contact us. Yours sincerely, Customer Service Team". My next email from them advised order was on it's way. I WILL NOT PAY RETURN POSTAGE I HAVE REQUESTED A RETURN ORDER AUTHORITY AND EXPECT A FULL REFUND. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!
