Not impressed with customer service
Not impressed with customer service. I’ve reached out total of 4 times from email to Insta messaging and no response back (plus, no phone number to call). When it lists 4 day shipping, but only a confirmation email and it’s been a week since purchased 10 bandannas. It would be much appreciated to be able to reach someone in customer service to help you. I was looking very forward to have more matching bandannas for my boys, but at this point not impressed as have no idea if will even see my order, or how to even get refund if no one responses.
