CrochetparkReviews of crochetpark.com

Only 1 item received, after 3 weeks. There are no instructions and the link on the website doesn't work. No response from customer service. Hopefully the other items arrive and I can find a bag pattern. Items that I have received are nice.

The incorrect bag was sent to me, despite emailing, messaging through Instagram and using WhatsApp (their number is in Kowloon, Hong Kong), I have had no response from them. Seems they want your money, but no customer service. If I have heard nothing in the next couple of weeks (to allow for Xmas and New Year) I will raise a dispute with my bank. I read on Instagram how 'great' their customer service was, I'm beginning to realise that these reviews are probably all fake, how disappointing

I purchased two sets for gifts. They packages them in one box all thrown together with only one manual for one gift. Then they Told me to just separate everything and tell the person to go online to review how to do. Support has NOT been helpful. Wouldn’t you think you would get two complete sets to give. I have no idea if I split them up properly. Now have to find boxes. Not happy.

Had to contact customer services in order to get access to the online tutorial. You really need this as the kit does not come with any written instructions. It would be much better to have those as the online video breaks up, it is too fast at time, the English is poor even the numbering was incorrect!! All very confusing. I have started on the bag and I think I will be able to complete it, but that's only because I have some experience in crochet. This is certainly not for beginners.

Was given as a present but cannot get the tutorial. The website asks for purchasers email and delivery address which I gave but no joy. Have sent several emails including photos of the kit but no reply so far. I have chased them again and hope to get a reply or the kit is useless
