Ordered another crochet kit and am heavily dependent on their video tutorials. The card and link they’ve sent takes me to the wrong tutorial. No answer to any emails with my request for the correct tutorial.

The wrong item was sent and requesting help goes no where. Their customer service email gets returned. I am stuck with something I didn't order and no way to contact anyone to correct.

I have crochet experience and I bought a project for beginners, yet even with my expert crocheter's friends help, neither of us were able to finish the project. It was beyond complicated and confusing. The video tutorial didn't really help at all, and because I'd already started the project, I wasn't eligible to return it, which is ridiculous, because how can you tell if you want to return it until you've started it! Will never buy from them again, nor would I recommend it for anyone else.

Although the product is lovely the after sales service is shockingly poor with promises not kept to replace mesh after providing positive reviews as requested. This does go against TrustPilot ethos. They are only interested in people posting positive reviews. I was happy to purchase replacement mesh, but they can’t seem to arrange that! Project now languishing in a drawer unfinished. Recommend you spend your money elsewhere!

I ran out of yarn and when I asked to get more I was blackmailed into writing a positive review and they would send me more. I wrote two as instructed on the website and they say they are not valid wand per their company policy they can’t send them out until I do the positive review on Facebook. I refused and not sure if they will ever send me o e black yarn to finish my panda. What a shame.
