I am rating this four stars because I was hoping to get right into this but I was unable to access the tutorials before contacting the company for assistance. We are in different parts of the world so time zones impacted the speed of replies. The enclosed written instructions are somewhat vague and are not sufficient for beginner stitchers, however, I just completed the first day's online tutorial and it takes you through every step easily and clearly. The yarn is pleasant to use, and making up the rings goes fast and more easily than expected. I'm still waiting on a couple details from the company. If all continues to go better I'll probably change the rating to a five.

The items advertised are amazing and I look forward to completing my project. The response time to an inquiry I had was within the 24 hour time period as advertised. The online video is specific with a process that suits a beginner like me so I had no problem following it.

The kits are great and the results are awesome. Customer service is quick and helpful. My only negative is that the written directions are limited and incomplete, and while the video tutorials are good, I prefer to read directions and only refer to videos as needed, rather than following along like a beginner. Otherwise, a great service!

The kits and materials are great and although it took a while to arrive it did arrive faster than I expected. The tutorials, as others have mentioned, can be a little hard to follow due to poor translation but really do help (especially if you turn sound off). I did have a couple of tiny screws missing and they immediately offered to replace and support always answer questions. Would I recommend, yes, as I said the kits are great, have everything you need but some are not for real beginners. Oh and you only get the 40% discount if you leave a 5star review! Hope this helps!

Arrived quick but instructions are a bit hit and miss

I bought a kit recently and I was not able to log in at the account and see the video tutorial. Someone from the company contacted me and send me the tutorial video and a little gift for the trouble.

My daughter bought me a crochetpark bag kit for Christmas and I’m really enjoying doing this I’m still working on the first part of the bag so haven’t completed the project yet so I’ve put this as 4 star. The kit is aimed at beginners which I’m not though I haven’t done a lot of crocheting over the years. The instructions aren’t too complicated but may confuse beginners a little. I had to check as I am in the UK and our descriptions and names of the stitch’s differ slightly from the American ones used in the pattern. However, crotchetpark have tutorial videos with links on their webpage that are very clear. I understand from my daughter that the delivery was a little slow but as it was coming from outside of the UK at Christmas I suppose some delays could be expected but it arrived on Christmas Eve so was in time which is the main thing. The kits comes with 4 reels of yarn, a plastic rings for the outside, a plastic grid for the next layer of the bag walls, sides and bottom, lining fabric, zipper, handle fixings, a little Bee clip, pattern, a tape measure, crochet hooks, sewing needles and other items needed to complete the project. I would definitely consider buying another kit after I’ve finished this.
