Parcel marked as delivered, but never arrived. They got the address wrong, despite being emailed to advise them of the correct address before delivery. Company won’t replace or offer a refund. Very poor service.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but after three orders with repeated problems, I feel it’s important to share my experience honestly. Order #1: The tutorial password did not work, and I could not log in. Order #2: This order had two issues: • A bag strap was missing screws due to a damaged hole (I replaced the screws myself). • The Cross Arm Shoulder Toe Bag did not include enough yarn to finish the project. This is not something I could fix on my own, because matching the same yarn is very difficult. Because of the yarn shortage in Order #2, I contacted customer service on November 20. I was told that if I placed a third order, they would send me an extra skein of yarn to make up for the shortage. Based on that promise, I decided to give them a third chance. Order #3: After waiting more than one month, I received the package — but the promised extra skein of yarn was not included. By then, I had already spent a full month crocheting the Croissant Shoulder Tote Bag. I am now two rows away from finishing, but I cannot complete the bag because there is no yarn left. This experience was extremely frustrating, not just because of the mistakes, but because of the repeated issues and broken promises. I invested a lot of time and effort, and in the end, it was all wasted. I wanted to support this brand, but based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that others think carefully before ordering, especially if you don’t have extra time or replacement materials.

Order not received after 2 weeks site does not state it is being shipped from China. No reply from their customer service despite numerous attempts. Avoid!

After 6 weeks no kit received. Once paypal dispute raised they said they would send replacement. Then claimed it failed delivery, ring proves otherwise. Asked fir courier company details and y hours later money refunded.

This is a hard review to write because I really like the products that Crochetpark offers. However, their customer service is awful. In the process of a move, I lost the card that has the code to access the tutorial for the bag I was making. I emailed the company and they sent me the code for the wrong tutorial. I emailed them again and they sent the wrong one again. I don't know what is going on as I very specifically asked for the one I needed and they will not send it to me. I referenced my order number and date for the purse so it's obvious I paid for this project. I may not be able to finish as this is one of their more complicated handbags and you need the instructions. I'm very disappointed and do not recommend Crochetpark.

I ordered the SUNNY HOLIDAY in brown AND WHITE. I received no white to complete the kit. I reached out to the company multiple times, and their responses have been SO POOR that I know I have wasted my money, which came at a cost to even buy it in the first place as we dont have tons of money. Instead of offering me to send out 2 balls of white, they tell me the most ridiculous things like "that was just our label, you have to tear it off." ?????

The crochet with the rings was fun, very difficult with the grid and takes forever (time estimates are completely off on the website)! It took long enough with the grids that i somehow misplaced the last grid. I reached out to the company to see if I could buy just 1 and not the whole set and they emailed saying if I left a positive review, they would send me a free one. The thread sent to sew the plastic grid to the lining does not match the fabric at all (black thread in every kit) and looks really bad - I was able to get around this by using my own matching thread and a sewing machine. I have know idea how a beginner to crochet is going to sew perfect stitches with black thread - sure glad I didn’t buy the cream bag!! The company is in Hong Kong so shipping takes a bit of time and written instructions are very bad - do NOT lose the code for the video instructions!!! The projects are not possible to complete with written instructions! Given that you effectively’pay’ for customer service with positive reviews, I don’t know how much to trust any of their reviews!

Ordered a bag for a present for my daughter who lives in Scotland. The parcel was delivered within a week. However, they duplicated the order and sent another one. Being honest I informed them of their error and they asked me to post it back. I explained that I was not in possession of the bag and they needed to arrange a courier to pick it up. They emailed me again asking for my daughter’s address so they could send a return label. (During these emails going back and forth, not once did they acknowledge my honesty.) I forwarded the address and wait to see if they organise a courier to pick it up. I wonder if it pays to be honest? I will not be using this company again.
