Bought the granny Bag Crochet kit and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. Everything was contained in neat packages and it was very well presented. The yarn looked like great quality with a subtle sheen to it. Initially I wasn't impressed with the booklet instructions as I found them a little confusing. The video tutorial went too fast but I am an experienced crocheter so I soon figured out the pattern. Once I got into the rhythm the bag was surprisingly easy although it took a few evenings to complete. Inserting the handle and finishing the project was really easy. All in all this was a very pleasurable project and the fact that everything is included for completion was a huge bonus. For recommendation I would suggest that the hooks included are too flimsy for the purpose as the yarn is thick and made the silicone handle keep sliding out. A bamboo hook might be better. Also improving the video tutorial by slowing down at the tricky parts of the pattern. I would definitely buy from them again though and I'm delighted with my little bag.

I ordered a black crochet kit but was sent green. I emailed the company and they sent me replacement cotton. Can't wait to start my project.

I am about to start the kit. The product/yarn looks like it will be easy to work with (I am intermediate/advanced crochet), and all of the items included are of good quality. Purchased this purse kit to make for a gift. I only had one problem that was resolved by support person - the paper instructions included in my kit were for a different model.

Took a bit of time to get here but the kit is well worth the wait

Really happy with the bag kit. Very nice presentation. Easy clear instructions online. I was missing one hoop but custimer service responded straightaway and promised to despatch a replacement.

I enjoy making these bags, I’m on my fifth one now. Customer service has been great. I highly recommend.

Positive but not 100% The kit for the bag was fine - good quality yarn and the tutorial videos were easy to follow once I was able to access them (took a couple of requests for the code / link). The main downside was that the zip was faulty, jammed in the fully open position, and the promised replacement get lost in transit so I had to source one from another source. The finished bag looked great though, and the recipient was delighted with it.

The Bee crochet purse has been a challenge but I’m loving how it is turning out. I did have an issue with the handle hardware, but they replaced the hardware immediately.
