WeCrochetReviews of crochet.com

I really enjoy crochet.com. Easy site, no surprises, little waste with shipping material. They are a little slow shipping to Canada, and I wish I could see the price of my cart in Canadian.

My order arrived complete and intact. There is two small things that were not like my previous order. I only received one email that my order had been processed then no information about what was happening with my order. I did start to wonder if it wasn't going to be filled because of no updates. The other was it took two weeks to arrive and I live in the US. All of this would have been understandable if I had gotten at least one more email to let me know what was happening. It was an order placed during a sale so maybe it was slowed down because of the volume of orders to fill. I'm sure other customers would also appreciate at least one update while waiting for shipping information and anything about delays so we don't worry that our order might have been lost. Thanks for your time. I still plan on buying from your site again in the future.
