I've ordered from We Crochet several times and am always happy when I receive my purchases because I always got exactly what I ordered in the correct amount, color, etc. I have, however, been a little disappointed lately in the amount of time it has taken my order to ship. I know that this has been a problem with most sellers in the past year, so I can't be too mad. All in all, I am happy with We Crochet and I love their products!

Love the yarn. This yarn is beautiful, soft, and will work so great in my project. I would give a 4.5 if I could. I just wish the shipping was a little faster. It is by no means poor and is comparable to other companies I have ordered from.

Called to change order. Was told I couldn’t and then I could as I persisted. I wanted to increase my order to ensure I’d have enough skeins for my temperature blanket. I was initially told I could refuse my order when I received it even though I called within an hour of placing my order online. Maybe 🤔 it was confusing as I had placed multiple orders that week. Maybe 🤔 saying I would buy elsewhere and refuse their order. She suddenly was able to add to my order. This is a definite improvement over my experience at Lionbrand where once an online order is placed you have no recourse but to refuse shipment and replace order. In the end, I did get my order updated. It was just rather stressful.

Shipping took some time and the box arrived mangled, but other than changing their delivery service, not much can be done on their part I suppose. Otherwise I am satisfied with my purchase and the quality of the yarn I received.
