I have had better experience with scam sites than with Crittex. Order placed and payed. No delivery date e-mail. Their support chat robot keeps on changing delivery date. Their support does not answer e-mails but are busy with spamming me with all kinds of supposed deals. Stay away!

Had it in my garage for two weeks. Bought new mouse traps and placed them within 8 feet and line of sight with the unit. Next morning both traps had mice in them
