Several days before I was to host a baby shower in my house, I heard scratching sounds coming from inside one of the living room walls (which used to be an exterior wall). I searched the internet and by sheer luck chose Critter Control without knowing anything about them. On the day of my scheduled appointment I wasn't hearing scratching noises anymore but noticed a horrible smell near the light switch on that wall. I was starting to STRESS out big time, because this was going to be the main room used for the baby shower the very next day, Decorations were up, balloons galore hanging from the ceiling. The thought of having to relocate the shower the day before was more than I could mentally stand. Team Amanda and John arrived and confirmed that the smell was a dead rodent. They performed a free home inspection, including many photographs of problems areas on the exterior of the house. They had other appointments to go to after my home inspection, but were so concerned for me and my situation with the baby shower the next day, that they returned in the evening and stayed until late until they removed the 2 dead, stinky mice. John and Amanda had to remove the frame entry way between my dining room and living room as well removing wood paneling on that living room wall. You would never know it, because they put it all back perfectly, even putting back in place one of the decorations they had to move. In the home inspection they gave me a free estimate of the work to be done. I hired Critter Control to do it, and I was very happy to see that Amanda and John took care of all this work too. Over the next few weeks, they set traps checked on them, removed a live squirrel from the attic, cared for the health of the squirrel so that they could release it later to another wooded area. They sealed off with metal mesh any possible critter access on the exterior of the house. I will definitely call Amanda and John again and will refer them to everyone I know. This isn't just a job to them. They are professionals who enjoy their work. Amanda and John go the extra mile. They know what they are doing, and they are honest and trustwortthy. I called Critter Control after being confronted by a rat in my kitchen! I read several very positive reviews on the website and gave them a call. Someone was at my home within 45 minutes and reassured me they would take care of my problem. They showed up when they said they would, were thorough with addressing the problem and did it in a very professional manner. Now, two weeks later, I feel like the problem is gone and my home is now secure from future entry. Thanks to all the wonderful people who were involved in this process.

My husband and I bought our home less then a year ago and somehow the rats moved in to. One night I walked out my back door and was greeted by this little monster! I placed one call to Critter Control and they were at my house the next day. They performed a complete inspection which included pictures. They even did some quick temporary fixes prior to providing us with a report or signing of any contract. The news was the "Worse" we not only had a current problem but there was enough evidence showing extensive previous problems. We were horrified! God Bless Jason, he was very informative and was able to educate us with the pictures he took during his inspection. We were comfortable and had confidence we called the right company! We moved forward with plan of attack and Critter showed up for every scheduled appointment on time with the best crew. They were very sympathetic to my stress and fears. They went out of their way even though it added extra work making sure I was comfortable, meaning they used the second access to my attic (which is located in the house) as little as possible. Jason and Crew Chief Steve were phenomenal! IT GETS BETTER!! Nick he covers covers Coral Springs and Parkland was assigned to us and during the process. He was at my house Mondays, Wedensdays and Fridays to ensure that the attic was sealed. He was also here in between visits when I heard something or saw a new development, such as, my mat being chewed. He comes out the same day! Where have you ever heard of such service in South Florida? He has always been polite and caring even when he climbed a ladder in a thunder storm to remove dryer lint when I swore it was a dead rat. I cannot say enough about this company, their service they provide and the way they care about you. If you are having pest issue "Critter Control" is the way to go!!!

On time, got those critters the very next day. Afterwards, sealed my house tight. I am really happy. Lol. ...

My experience with Critter Control has been a positive one when I had the bee hive. That is why I called them again now that I have rats in the attic. I will recommend them to my friends.

John and Amanda were the best. From the first phone call to the finished product they were professional, knowledgable and did every thing and more that they said they would. They kept us advised every step of the way, showed us what they found and offered solutions to the problems. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Everyone should have this type of customer service and company ethics. As we said before, the team of John and Amanda outdid themselves and other companies could learn a lot from them. It was a pleasure to deal with a place that actually does what they say they will.

(This serves as an addendum to comments I submitted approximately a week ago.) I've already stated how pleased we were with Critter Control's services and personnel.From the first visit when our critter problem was evaluated through the trapping process and the eventual removal/ replacement of our insulation and the sealing of the house, we were treated courteously and professionally. We wish to commend the following employees in paticular: Megan K., Nick (the trapper,) and the 2 foremen who supervised our "attic cleanup" on 7/30 - Edgar and Emerson-?- (I'm not sure of their names, but wish to give them their due credit!) The other workers who were there that day also did a terrific job. Thank you all for a job well-done. We would certainly recommend Critter Control to anyone who requires the services they provide.

We were extremely pleased with the services that Critter Control provided. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. All of the staff involved in assessing our critter problem, setting the appropriate traps and ridding our attic of the damaged insulation (& laying new insulation,) sanitizing the attic and sealing the house (to prevent future infestation) were terrific. The company worked with our schedule and the workers were always on time, careful to not bring dirt into the house, and obviously knew what they were doing.
