When we realized there were animals in our attic, I called Critter Control. We had used them before to trap and remove possums from our back yard and they were very reliable and successful. The attic was going to be a much harder job, and it turned out that we had both rodents and a family of squirrels up there. First, they set traps and checked them daily for several days, removing 2 of the squirrels with humane traps. Then the Critter Control crew came in and cleaned out the entire attic, vacuuming out the old blown-in insulation along with all the debris that a bunch of rodents would leave behind. They even emptied the junk we had stored in the attic for us. Then they add new, more environmentally-friendly insulation. They also patched all the holes that were possibly entry points into the attic. The whole crew was very professional. It was a lot of money for the work but a lot of work for the money, which I consider well-spent. I'd recommend them to anyone. Our only regret is that the squirrels are euthanized instead of being set free somewhere else, like a park.

critter control was at my house within 2 hours of my call. they diagnosed the problem-rats in the attic- and developed an action plan to remediate and replace the insulation-which had been torn to shreds. the crew, lead by edgar estrada, was absolutely outstanding. they worked for 2 days, in my attic, with temperature of over 100 degrees. i can't say enough about edgar and his team-they were professional and efficient. when they had completed the job, the house was immaculate-their clean-up was most thorough. both critter control and edgar are highly recommended.

After Critter Control discovered there was a family of raccoons nesting in my attic.They elimanated, sealed up the opening, sanitized and replaced the insulation.All within a week and a half.The best thing was they worked around our hectic schedule. Great job.I would highly recommend this company.

Critter Control reviewed the situation. Made a recommendation and then proceeded to remove the RATS from my ceiling. They gave me a proposal, showed up when said they would, and did the job in a quick, clean professional manner. I definitely would recommend them. Excellent job.

Critter Control has a great technician and she has serviced my home for several years. She is helpful, resourceful, smart and customer driven. Teri is training her replacement and I expect the same high level of service I have received for the past several years. I have no complaints with my tech. The customer service from the front office could take a couple of lessons from folks in the field

We had a terrible problem with roof rats. It was truly disgusting -- anytime I would go outside, day or night, I would see at least one running along the top of our fence. I could often hear their little feet scrabbling up the downspouts or see them peering over the top of the gutter at me. Horrifying. But that's just a bad memory now, Tari with Critter Control is The Best - she has done such a great job for us in every way. Most important, we haven't seen any sign of rats since two weeks after the initial treatment. Tari did a complete inspection including our roof, answered all our questions and explained everything thoroughly (proposed treatment plan, contract and billing, even rat habits and the hazards they pose). Critter Control is reasonably priced, especially considering the end result. They offer everything a customer wants: professionalism, reliability, fair pricing, knowledge, friendliness and concern for the customer's satisfaction, and GREAT RESULTS. If you have a pest problem of any kind, you should definitely call Critter Control.
